How long does it take to arrive?

Each piece is made to order and shipped from the USA. Most orders arrive within about a week of being placed, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as yours ships.

Can I order one for a pet who's still with me?

Absolutely. Many of our pieces are bought to celebrate a pet who's very much still here — it isn't only for remembrance.
